In this IMG activity, you can define the percentage (based on the order quantity) up to which a customer accepts an underdelivery or an overdelivery. You can also indicate whether the customer allows unlimited overdeliveries and underdeliveries.

You can define the tolerances dependent on sales organization, distribution channel, division, product group, and material.

In the customer master record, you can also maintain underdelivery and overdelivery tolerances as well as unlimited tolerances. The Customizing entry is more detailed and has precedence over the entry in the customer master record.
