This BAdI allows you to split order item quantities before sending them to the external system. The splitted quantites are entered into segment E1OILS0 of outbound IDoc OILTPI51.

One possibility for splitting the order item quantity is to split it by customer capacity group.

You can make settings for customer capacity groups in:

  • Customizing for the Industry Solution Oil & Gas (Downstream) by choosing TD (Transportation and Distribution) → TPI (Transportation Planning Interface) → Define Customer Capacity Group.
  • The SAP menu by choosing Logistics → Sales and Distribution → Bulk transportation → Interfaces → TPI Interface → Master data → Customer capacity group.
