Here you make some elementary TSW settings.

You can activate the Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench (TSW) in the current system and client.

You can specify if a TD (Transport & Distribution) shipment shall be closed automatically when the corresponding TSW nomination is complete.

You can specify if the IS-Oil External Details shall be used also for the TSW application; this means, an F4 help is offered on the alternative location fields, and an automatic update of the external details is done from within the nomination if the MoT on the external details is TSW relevant. Even if this flag is switched on, no update of the external details is done from within a nomination if the MoT on the external details is not TSW relevant.

When you select Ref Doc. Update, the system updates the nomination-dependent reference documents when you save a nomination. You can set this indicator only when the External Details indicator is deselected.

You can select Recon. TD-TSW meter to activate the automatic reconciliation of meter readings between rack meters readings from the component Transportation and Distribution (TD) and the TSW meter readings. In addition to selecting Recon. TD-TSW meter, you must also assign the same equipment number to the meters used in TD and TSW for the automatic reconciliation to properly function.

Note

If the TSW Active flag is set to 'off', TSW is not fully functional. If this flag is set 'off', after the TSW has already been active, unpredictable results may occur in connection with TSW processes. If you intend to use this flag, contact SAP Technical Support.
