SIMG_VC_ICL_CRBPTASK - Define Performer Roles and Assign to Tasks

Use

In this Customizing activity you define the performer roles and assign tasks to them.

Make the following settings:

• Enter an ID for the performer role.

• Enter a name for the performer role.

• Depending on the performer role, you can control which claims are considered for the SAP Fiori app Workload Management (see Role Is Relevant for Workload Management).

• Assign one or several tasks to the performer role.

If tasks arise during claims processing, the system then automatically assigns the performer in the relevant role to these tasks.

Note: You can assign a task to just one performer role.

• You can specify that a task created manually or forwarded manually must not be overwritten by the role-based performer.

Requirements

You can assign only those tasks that have been defined in Customizing activity Configure Tasks/Log Entries and Activities.
