Define record limits in reports to avoid memory overflow.

In this step, you can define record limits for internal table in reports.

Note that a memory overflow may occurs, if the system executes reports without filters or filters are not specific enough.

To prevent a memory overflow, you can set a limit on the number of rows in the internal report table. If the actual used number of rows is greater than the specified row limit, the system displays an error message, to inform you to restrict the selection.

To change a row limit, you have to enter new value in the limit column.

The system counts the number of records while filling the internal table in the report code. If the defined limits are exceeded, the system issues an error message.
