Allows you to define reason codes.

Reason codes are used during the maintenance requests screening process. While screening, the maintenance requests can be accepted, rejected or can be sent back to the initiator for receiving additional information. The reason codes are used for mainly capturing the reasons for rejection or for requiring additional information so that it can be used for quick reporting and analysis.

There are two predefined reason codes:

• Y01 Repeated Request

• Y02 More Information Needed
