You can classify tasks and therefore group them together according to your own criteria. A task can be classified when it is defined. Tasks which already exist can also be classified later.

A check is performed against the class of a task in the authorization object S_WF_WI. The task classes are required for use in substitute profiles and authorization objects.

In this step you define the classes you require to carry out the classification.

The following classes are supplied in the standard version:

  • Professional
  • Personal
  • Disciplinary
  • Not classified

Create new classes.

  1. Assign an eight-digit number to each class.
  2. Describe the class with a long text.
