A step in a workflow can be defined in such a manner that it is processed in an external mail system with a SAPforms form.

The address of the agent is derived from the Internet address maintained for this user in the user master record. A report must be scheduled periodically for the SAP System to be scanned at intervals for work items to be sent to external addresses.

The scheduling of the report is a necessary step if you want to set up processing of work items as Internet mail with a SAPforms form.

The report is not scheduled.

If you want to use the functionality, schedule the report with the suggested period of 120 minutes.

1. Enter the period duration for restarting the report.
2. Then choose Job -> Periodic

To start the report immediately as a one-off for test purposes, choose Job -> Once.

To retract the scheduling of the job, choose Job -> End scheduling.
