Presentation and functions of the work item display and workflow log can be configured by each user in their "personal workflow settings".

In this activity, you can define the default values for these "personal workflow settings". Every user can fall back on these default values again if required.

You can set default values for the following indicators:

• Work item display

• User view with ActiveX (32 Bit)

• User view without ActiveX

• Technical view

• Workflow log

• User view with ActiveX (32 Bit)

• User view without ActiveX

• Workflow log in technical view

• Further settings

• Work item texts in logon language

• Also Display Work Items of Adopted Substitutions

• Enable forwarding of work items to several users

• (Double)-click on an object to display it in the same window

• Use all objects

• Transfer of execution for further work items possible

• No tips & tricks in workplace

• No HTML for execution of decision tasks

• Entries in technical workflow log

• Maximum Number

SAP supplies standard settings which should be used unmodified if at all possible.
