In this workstep you execute the data transfer for the storage bins.
If you merely wish to transfer the master data for storage bins, you only need to create one dataset in the structure RLPLA. For the data transfer, you call up the report RLPLAT00 directly.
If you also want to transfer movement data, such as inventory data, you need a dataset in the expanded structure LDK34. In this case, you can create a dataset of the structure RLPLA from the LDK34 dataset using the report RLMG0000. You therefore do not need to fill two datasets with data yourself.
The datasets mentioned above are available as input files.
You must adhere to the following sequence when you execute the programs:
- RLMG0000 -> RLPLAT00 -> RLMG0001.
Execute the data transfer for the storage bins.
