Step 1: Identify relevant fields

1. For the initial entry of inventory data, the following program is at your disposal:

• RLBEST00 (Dataset/Struktur RLBES)

Check whether this data transfer program can be used in your company. You should also refer to the program documentation.

Step 2: Process transfer structure

In this workstep you can import sequential transfer files and also check them. Afterwards, you can change the files, if required.

The imported or changed dataset can be copied into the respective data transfer programs in the SAP System later on.

To display and test the datasets, these must first be made available in the structure RLBES (warehouse stocks via TO processing).

Check and test your transfer files.

Step 3: Execute data transfer

In this workstep, you execute the data transfer for the storage bin stocks.

If you want to import the stocks through batch input using transfer orders, you need a dataset with the structure RLBES and the transfer report RLBEST00. The data transfer workbench places this program at your disposal.

The dataset described above is available as an input file.

Execute the data transfer for the storage bin stocks.
