This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Localization (FI-LOC) component. You can use this BAdI to modify the printout of digitally signed invoices (FI) or billing documents (SD) created for Portuguese company codes or Portuguese subunits of foreign company codes.

This BAdI contains the BAdI method UPDATE_DATA. You can use it to add or change the values or texts that are printed on the digitally signed invoice or billing document. For example, you can update fields in the structure CS_HEADERto add header and footer texts, as well as a company logo that you have already uploaded using transaction SE78.

  • We recommend that you use the standard print programs for printing digitally signed invoices and billing documents for Portugal (SIPT_FI_PRINVfor FI and SD_INVOICE_PRINT01with standard enhancement implementation SIPT_SD_BIL_IMPL01for SD).
If you use your own print program, you must make sure it meets the technical and legal requirements. For more information, see SAP Note 2310937.
  • The form that you are using has the same data structure as the print program.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

For information about implementing BAdIs as part of the Enhancement Framework, see SAP Library for SAP NetWeaver Platform on SAP Help Portal at http://help.sap.com/nw_platform. Choose a release and then Application Help. In SAP Library, choose SAP NetWeaver Library: Function-Oriented View -> Application Server -> Application Server ABAP -> Application Development on AS ABAP -> ABAP Customer Development -> Enhancement Framework.
