In this Customizing activity, you map customer statuses used in the graduation assessment process to the graduation exam results used in statistics reporting.
In student statistics reporting, student graduation records are considered only when they have a graduation assessment assigned to a customer status that has graduation exam results.
In exam statistics reporting, students are considered only when they have a graduation assessment assigned to a customer status that has graduation exam results.
You created customer statuses for the assessment process in the Customizing activity Define Customer Statuses.
Map customer statuses to the following graduation results:
- Completed without repetition attempts
- Failed with no right to repeat
- Completed with at least one repetition attempt
