In this Customizing activity, you map leave of absence reasons to the leave of absence reasons used in statistical reporting.

The reasons for creating a leave of absence record might be different than the reasons used in statistical reporting; therefore, you can map them and enter a validity period.

You created reasons for creating a leave of absence record in the Customizing activity Set Up Activity Reasons.

You created reasons for reporting a leave of absence record in periodic statistics in the Customizing activity Maintain Leave of Absence Reasons.
