In this Customizing activity, you configure the transcript settings for the following in student master data:

  • Transcripts for German universities
  • Transcripts for foreign universities
  • University entrance qualifications

You created the transcript categories in Customizing activity Set Up Transcript Categories.

You created the transcript statuses in Customizing activity Set Up Transcript Statuses.

Determine the transcript categories, transcript status, default external organization object, and default external qualification object and enter the following:

  • Transcript category to be used when creating student transcripts for German universities under group STATREP and setting TRCATDE
  • Transcript category to be used when creating student transcripts for foreign universities under group STATREP and setting TRCATFRGN
  • Transcript category to be used when creating university entrance qualifications under group STATREP and setting TRCATUEQ
  • Object ID of the external organization to be used when creating any of the above transcripts under group STATREP and setting TREO
This is a common external organization object created in the system using transaction PIQEO. This step is required for technical reasons.
  • Object ID of the external qualification to be used when creating student transcripts for German universities under group STATREP and setting TREQ
This is a common external qualification object created in the system using transaction PIQEQ. This step is required for technical reasons.
  • Transcript status to be used when creating any of the above transcripts under group STATREP and setting TRSTATUS
