SOC_CON_OVERVIEW - Social Consent Management Overview

Social Media Consent Management has the following features:

• Creating groups based on social media channels and data providers

• Defining social consent management based on the country and grouping

To set up consent management, perform the following steps:

1. You must configure the settings for social consent management. For more information see, Customizing under Configure Social Consent Management.
2. You can use the BAdI's to provide implicit consents, explicit consents, and consent based action on post. This is an optional step.

• BAdI for Implicit Consent

• BAdI for Explicit Consent

• BAdI for Consent based action on post

• BAdI: Fill Anonymized Pseudo Name

1. You must execute the two consent management reports. For more information see Customizing under:

• Managing Consent

• Additional Consent Management for Consent Type (1,2)

Note: If you require latest social posts to be considered for features like sentiment calculation it is better to schedule the job at a higher frequency for example, 60 minutes.
