The Adobe document services (ADS) are used to create and edit PDF-based forms. This affects the following scenarios:

  • Issue Management
  • Job Scheduling Management

You have:

  • Installed and configured Adobe document services (ADS) on your system. To display the documents, we recommend Adobe Reader 6.0.2 or newer.
  • Set up ActiveX
  • Authorization to log on to the J2EE stack: SAP_J2EE_ADMIN.

To check your settings after configuration, proceed as described in SAP Note 944221.
