SOLMAN_ASS_BI_COMUSE - Assign System User

This IMG activity assigns a BI Communication user.

If it is the first time you call use the transaction RSA1, a dialog box Replicate Metadata appears, as well as Activate Replicated Metadata. Wählen Sie Replicate as Well.

If another dialog box appears, with the message Unknown data source. Data source 0BBP_TD_PO_1 is not in the BI System. How do you want to create the object in BI?, choose This and following 16 as 3.x data source.

There is another dialog box Modelling Area Documentation - S tart the modeling view navigation documentation in a separate window? (You can access this function from the main menu: Data Warehousing Workbench -> Modelling Documentation ).

Select V/> and Yes.

Assign this user as BI_USER in the Administrator Workbench :

1. Select in the menu Settings → Global Settings
2. Enter the correct name for the BI User in the field User for ALE.
3. Save.
