SOLMAN_BPCA_EX_ENDP - Create Endpoint for BPCA Web Service in SAP Solution Manager

In this activity, you create an endpoint for the BPCA Web Service. This will make the web services available be called from the PTMT.

1. Start transaction SOAMANAGER
2. Choose 'Web Service Configuration'.
3. In Field 'Search by', choose 'Service Definition'. Enter ' AGS_BPCA_WS_API' and choose 'Go'.
4. Mark the service definition ‘AGS_BPCA_WS_API’ and choose ‘Apply Selection’.
5. Choose ‘Create‘.
6. Enter the following data:

• Service name: AGS_BPCA_WS_API

• Description: Service AGS_BPCA_WS_API

• Binding Name: binding

1. Choose ‘Apply Settings’.
2. On the ‘Provider Security’ tab, mark the checkbox ‘Single Sign On using SAML’ in the message authentication area. This will enable SAML2 authentication for the web service.
3. Leave the other settings unchanged.
4. Save.
