Integrating a Partner Test Management Tool with BPCA enables you to make full use of the BPCA capabilities, while storing test cases and generating test plans in the Partner Test Management Tool (PTMT).

For the integration of a PTMT with BPCA, SAML authentication is used. Users can log on to both systems using their SSO certificate. The authentication during web service calls to both systems is implemented using a Security Token Service Provider (STS). Both systems have to be able to act as an STS. The sender-vouches procedure is used. A trusted relationship has to be setup between the SAP Solution Manager and the PTMT.
