SOLMAN_BPCA_WF_USER - Create Business Process Expert User

Create users and business partners for business process experts. The report AI_SDK_SP_GENERATE_BP creates users and/or business partners automatically in the SAP Solution Manager.
The report creates a connection between the business process expert and your company. Then the identification numbers are entered in business partners, according to their system authorizations, to ensure correct display when selecting systems. The report can create an automatic E-mail message with the generated password for the first business process expert logon. The time of this message can be specified in advance.
You have:
- created a user of type "Reference", for example BPCA_BPE, in the user data maintenance.
- configured
SAP Connect.
- Choose the report AI_SDK_SP_GENERATE_BP.

Choose an SAP customer number if you want to restrict the action to one SAP customer. Leave the
Customer Number field initial if you want to perform the action for all SAP customers. See IMG activity
Generate SAP Customer Numbers. - Cloose other report parameters:
- Create users: you can create system users automatically. You can specify a reference user to indicate the authorization to be assigned.
- A reference user is a general, anonymous user. The assignment of a reference user is to assign authorization, not menu entries. Reference users give their type of users the same authorizations.
- Start the report.
- Note the value SP0002 as external ID category.
- You get a report.
