The most recent version of agent sapccm4x needs to be installed on every instance of the non-SAP satellite systems in order to setup an automatic workflow for monitoring data from the satellite systems to the Solution Manager system.

Every user who works with the Business Process Monitoring must have a defined Internet mail address in his user profile. See SAP Note 455140 for further information.

  1. On operating system level, check whether agent sapccm4x is included in the current SAP Kernel.
  2. Check whether there is a newer version of agent sapccm4x available on SAP Service Marketplace:
    1. Go to www.service.sap.com/swdc and search for sapccm4x.
    2. Check the version of agent sapccm4x.
    3. If applicable, download the agent sapccm4x to the satellite system.
    4. Unpack the file with the command sapcar -xvf .sar
    5. Save the agent on operating system level in the satellite system.
