This IMG activity check whether the external component systems are registered in the Solution Manager system.

  1. Choose activity Check Agents for Satellite Systems.
  2. Choose Technical infrastructure -> Display Topology-> CCMS Agents-> Agents for Remote SAP Systems.
  3. Check whether there are entries for the satellite systems. If there are only entries if the registration has been performed:
  4. Go Back.
  5. Choose the activity Check TCP/IP connection for Satellite Systems.
  6. Check whether there is a TCP/IP connection with the name SAPCCM4X.<(<<)>host>.##, where &lt;host> is the host of the monitored system, and ## is the instance number.
