As soon as an alert is raised in the satellite system an automatic job will dispatch the alert to the Solution Manager system .

In client 000 of your Solution Manager system, choose Monitoring Properties and Methods(transaction RZ21) -> Technical Infrastructure-> Method execution -> Activate Central System Dispatching.
