You are setting up process-oriented status monitoring.

1. Choose the New Entries button.
2. Choose the transaction type and enter the data.
3. Save.

Process ID:

Customizing specifies which status a change request (SMCR) is to have in specified circumstances after the approval process. The circumstances can be:

FOLL_REJ

The change request has approved and generated change documents as subsequent documents, but the wider scope is rejected in the approval process.

FOLL_APP

The change request has approved and generated change documents as subsequent documents, and the wider scope is approved in the approval process.

NOFOW_RJ

The change request has no approved and generated change documents as subsequent documents, and the wider scope is rejected in the approval process.

NOT_RELE

The change request Änderungsantrag has no approved and generated change documents as subsequent documents, and "Not Relevant" is selected in the approval process.

In your change request, you have created a normal change (SMMJ), which is processed. You have performed the approval process. There was an error in the system, so you now need an urgent change (SMHF). Extend the scope and repeat the approval process, to create the urgent change (SMHF). This change is not approved, and the status value in this activity for this process ID determines the change request (SMCR) status.
