If you want to enable users to create change requests directly from a Service Desk Message, you have to choose an action profile for the transaction type that you use in the Service Desk. In this IMG activity, you check the assignment of the action profile to the standard transaction type SLFN.

You use the standard transaction type SLFN.

  1. Select the transaction type SLFN.
  2. Check whether the action profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED has been assigned to the transaction type SLFN. If not, do so now.
