SOLMAN_CM_TRANSRISK - Define Transport Risks

In this Customizing activity, you make the required settings for displaying transport risks on the Landscape assignment block in the WebClient UI.

Based on transaction type, system role, and status, you can define the following:

• Whether a transport risk should be displayed for a specific transaction type, transaction status, or system role type.

• The description of the risk.

Example 1:

For an urgent change, If you do not want to display the risk "Open Transport" in the development system, you can delete the following line:

SMHFHEAD

E0004

Develop.

Open Transport

In case you later on would like to display “Open Transport” risks for urgent changes, you can make the following entries:

Transaction Type	Status Profile	User Status	Role Type	Transport Risk	Risk Icon	Message Class	Message Type	Message Number
SMHF	SMHFHEAD	E0004	Develop.	Open Transport	WARNING	/TMWFLOW/TRANSPORT	Warning	011

Example 2:

The current description for the open transport risk has the message /TMWFLOW/TRANSPORT 011 assigned to it, that is “Open Transports”. If you want the system to display a different text, you can define a new message, for example, /CUSTOMER/RISK 011 (“Open Transport Request”) and update the entries in the Message Classand Message Numberfields correspondingly.
