e-mails can be sent automatically in Business Process Monitoring, triggered by alerts. e-mails are sent in the name of a user that exits in client 000. This IMG activity creates the user.

  1. Create a user in client 000 of the SAP Solution Manager system , e.g. SM_BPMO.
  2. specify an e-mail address in tab Address (Communication) . It must be valid and known by the mail server used.
