This IMG activity groups status values into a Status Schema.

You can make the following settings:

• Obligatory for digital signature:

Assign a signature strategy for the digital signature, which you have specified in the IMG activity Specify Signature Strategies, to a status schema.

• Optionally:

• Lock documents with a particular status automatically against changes, e.g. documents with the status "Released". Only users which you have put in the associated authorization group, in the IMG activity Specify Authorization Group, can change documents with this status.

• Specify the final status, i.e. the system automatically sets the document to this status when the last person authorized to sign in a signature strategy has digitally signed the document.

SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3up   Addresses (Business Address Services)
