SOLMAN_EMAIL_TEXT - Assign Text Types

In this Customizing activity, you define which text types are used to transfer information between the Textassignment block of an incident or service request and an e-mail.

You can define several text types for each e-mail type.

You assign the text types to the semantic status of a message, which is assigned in table AISTATUS.

The following e-mail types are available:

• Initial text transfer from new e-mail: Defines which text type the e-mail text is inserted in.

• Reply from reporter via e-mail: Defines which text type the e-mail reply from the reporter is inserted in.

• Reply from processor to reporter: Defines which text type is inserted in the e-mail that the system sends to the reporter when the processor replies in the message.

For each text type:

1. Enter the transaction type, text object, and text determination procedure.
2. Select an e-mail type.
3. To define a single text type for an e-mail type, in the Sequencecolumn, enter 1.

To define several text types for a e-mail type, in the Sequencecolumn, enter numbers in ascending order.

1. In the Namecolumn, enter the semantic message status.
2. Enter the ID of the text type that you want to assign.
