SOLMAN_ESD_IM_DUEON - Change Due Date according to Priority

In this setup activity, you can configure the due date according to the priority for the following process types:

• Issue (process type: SLFI)

• Top issue (process type: SLFT)

• Task (process type: TASK)

You have authorization for transaction SM30.

1. Start transaction SM30.
2. Enter the table name AGS_ESD_CONFIG and choose Maintain.
3. Create a new entry in the table.
4. Select the area Issue Management.
5. Enter a parameter name according to process type and priority. The format must be ZProcessType_DUEON_PRIORITY_Priority. And we can replace the Priority under "Create Values for Attribute 'Priority''' from the customizing catalog (SPRO).
6. Enter a parameter value.
7. Save.

You want to define that a very high issue is due to be solved in 2 days. To do so, enter the following values:

Area: Issue Management

Name: ZSLFI_DUEON_PRIORITY_1

Value: 2

CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES - Frontend Services   SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3up
