SOLMAN_ESD_IM_STATUS - Set Up Status Category for Customizing

In this Customizing activity, you define the available fields and statuses for each issue, top issue, or task status.

The following statuses are supported as standard:

OPEN Open
INPR In Process
DRAF Draft
COMP Completed
CONF Confirmed

For tasks, the following status is also supported:

REJE Rejected

REJE

To change the visible fields for statuses, you enter a parameter name to define the status and a parameter value to define which fields and statuses are available to that category.

To make changes to a status profile, proceed as follows:

  1. In table AGS_ESD_CONFIG, create a new entry in the table.
  2. Select the Issue Management area.
  3. Enter the parameter name SLFI_INPR_STATUS
  4. For the parameter values, enter the desired status profile key, separated by a semicolon (;).
  5. Save your entries.
None

To define the In Process status for issues, enter the following parameter name and parameter value:

SLFI_INPR_STATUS E0002;E0002;E0003
