SOLMAN_EWA_EMAIL - Configure Automatic E-Mail Notificaton

In this IMG activity you make settings that instruct the system to send SAP EarlyWatch reports or Service Level Reporting reports by e-mail automatically.

Prerequisites

To send HTML reports by e-mail automatically, you must first set up SAPconnect (c.f.Transaction SAPconnect Administration (system status) SCOT).

Procedure

1. Select a solution using the SOLUTION_MANAGER transaction.
2. If you are on the solutions overview:
3. Choose Edit-> Send E-Mail Automatically in the menu.
4. To add an e-mail address that can be used to send your reports automatically, use the Create E-Mail button.
5. Enter the data required on the next dialog box that appears:

• You can also specify several e-mail addresses:

• Note that the e-mail address is only valid for the solution selected. If you want to set up automatic e-mails for other solutions, you should use the procedure described for this solution.
