SOLMAN_ICWC_PROFILE - Assign IC WebClient Profile

You must assign IC WebClient profiles to your users.

1. Select your organization model/unit.
2. Choose: Goto → Detail View → Maintain Object.
3. Ensure that the Object Type and ID are correct.

If you use the IC WebClient for end users as well as for staff, you must assign an IC WebClient profile per independent organizational unit.

1. Choose the Info Type ICWebClient Profile under Info Type Name.
2. Choose Create Info Type.
3. Choose an IC WebClient profile from the F4 help:

• SERVDESK (staff)

• SERVDESK_KU (end users)

1. Save your settings.
