SOLMAN_IC_ORGMOD_CH - Change Organizational Model

Use this step to change an existing organization model. You can:

• Change attribute assignments of existing organization models

• Add new organizational units and assign attributes to them

• Create positions for existing organizational units and assign them to team members.

1. Create position IC AGENT POS under your organizational structure/organizational unit.
2. Under IC Agent Pos, assign the users by right-clicking on the position to select the business partner.

If you are using IC WebClient for end users as well as for employees, you have to maintain this separately for the two organizational units. You can also assign both organizational units to an employee.

For further information about maintaining organizational models and assigning attributes, see CRM -> Master Data -> Organization Management, in the SAP library, or choose Help -> Application Help in the organization model maintenance interface.
