This business add-in (BAdI) belongs to the component SAP Solution Manager Implementation (SV-SMG-IMP). It integrates business transactions of the component SAP CRM into various SAP Solution Manager applications.

Customers can integrate other CRM business transaction types, in addition to those pre-implemented by SAP, into the SAP Solution Manager, without changing the SAP Solution Manager applications.

SAP Solution Manager supports the following CRM business transaction types by default:

Incident Management

Issue Management

The following SAP Solution Manager applications support the use of the CRM business transactions:

Business Blueprint

Configuration

Roadmap

Test Workbench

You can create, display and assign CRM business transactions in the SAP Solution Manager applications.

Filter:
A CRM business transaction is realized in a customer enhancement implementation.
The filter APPL controls which application can use the enhancement implementation.
The possible values for the filter APPL are (see also domain SMCRM_EMBEDDING_APPL):

Interface:
IF_AI_SM_CRM_INTEGRATION_API
The enhancement implementation of a CRM business transaction type is passed at this interface (table CT_APIS - field Instance) at runtime, so that the des SAP Solution Manager application can call its methods via the IF_AI_SM_CRM_INTEGRATION interface.

TheBAdI is active by default.

Note:
If you deactivate this BAdI, you cannot use the CRM business transactions in the SAP Solution Manager.

The BAdI is reusable.

The BAdI is filter-dependent.

There are default implementations as examples.
