SOLMAN_INC_SURV_ACT - Activate Actions for Customer Surveys

This Customizing activity changes the values of the three processing parameters of the action definition SMIN_STD_SEND_SURVEY of action profile SMIN_STD. These parameters are:

·,,MAIL_FORM_TEMPLATE, optional. The Mail form assigned to this parameter is used by default. If the survey program cannot determine the mail form template from the categorie editor, it uses the template in this parameter. If, for example, only one mail form template is to be used for the survey, assign it to this parameter.

·,,SVY_TEMPLATE, optional. Specifies the default value. As in the first parameter, the template in this parameter is only used if the survey program cannot determine the template from the category editor.

·,,DEFAULT_SENDER_EMAIL, the value displayed as the survey mail sender. If this parameter has no value, the survey program uses the E-Mail addresse of the processor.

To change these parameters, proceed as follows:

1. Perform this Customizing activity.

2. Choose the action profile SMIN_STD, or a copy of it, in the initial screen.

3. Select the table entry for this action profile, and Action Definition in the dialog structure to the left of the screen.

4. Select the action definition SMIN_STD_SEND_SURVEY, or the copy of it.

You go to the Action Definition screen.

5. Choose Processing Types, in the dialog structure to the left of the screen.

You go to the Processing Types screen.

6. Choose Call Method, in the Settings, and Edit for the method SEND_SURVEY.

7. Change the parameter values.

8. Save your entries and choose Back.

9. Reset the flag in the Inactive column, for the action definition SMIN_STD_SEND_SURVEY, or the copy of it.

Note

To specify your own run condition, and to schedule the action, specify new implementations of the Business Add-Ins EVAL_STARTCOND_PPF and EVAL_SCHEDCOND_PPF, or use existing condition parameters.
