You activate BC Sets and import piece lists for Issue Tracking.

You have run the BC Set for the activation of the Service Desk.
  1. Proceed as described in SAP note 903528.
  2. Activate the BC Set with the following settings:
  • Overwrite Data: Overwrite All Data

  • Activation Mode: Expert Mode

  1. Ensure that the role of the client in which the BC Sets are activated is not "Production". You can check this in transaction SCC4.
