The Job Management assignment block (technical name: BSP application AIC_JSM_OVERVW) can be displayed in all CRM Web Client UI-compatible Incident and Change Management transaction types.

It shows the Job Management objects assigned to the transaction, and provides actions to process them.

You have configured the Service Desk with CRM Web Client UI. You use the CRM Web Client UI transaction types.

  1. Set the following parameters:
  • ACTION_ID: Action ID

  • IMPLEMENTATION: Action implementation class

Class implementation interface: IF_AGS_EJR_AB_ACTION_IMPL
Example implementation: CL_AGS_EJR_CRM7_TOOLBAR_JSM
  • ACT_CONDITION: Action condition implementation class

Class implementation interface: IF_AGS_EJR_AB_ACTION_CONDITION
  • ACT_PASSED: Implementation class post-action checks or verification.

Class implementation interface: IF_AGS_EJR_AB_ACTION_CHECK
  • AUTHORITY_CHECK: Action implementation class authorization check.

Class implementation interface: IF_AGS_EJR_AB_ACTION_AUTHORITY
  • ACTION_TYPE: Value #T#

  • BUTTON_TYPE: not used

  1. Set the following parameters:
  • PROC_TYPE: CRM document process type

  • STSMA: Status schema

  • USER_STATUS: User status for which the new action is to be available

  • ACTION_ID: Action ID

  • DISPLAY_DISABLE: not used

  • CHECK_CONDITION: if a condition check is to be performed

  • CHECK_PASSED: if an action check is to be performed

  • ACTION_ORDER: Action sequence in the assignment block navigation

You can check the user status of the assigned CRM document, as well as the default authorization checks. This makes actions available for specific user statuses.

Example: You want to avoid new job steps being added if the CRM document has the status Test, Validation or Final.

  1. Set the following parameters:
  • PROCESS_TYPE: CRM document process type

  • STSMA: Status schema

  • USER_STATUS: User status for which the authorization is specified (field ACTVT)

  • SCENARIO: Value #7#

  • ACTVT: Enter the value for the field #EJRACTDEF# of authorization object #SM_JOBDEF#

  • ALLOWED: Specify the activity to be allowed for this user status
