SAP Solution Manager stores documents on the database whereas SAP Knowledge Warehouse stores documents on a content server. After transporting documents from the Solution Manager system to the Knowledge Warehouse system, you have to migrate the documents from the database to the content server.

  • The content server has been configured in the Knowledge Warehouse system.

Run the report 'RSIRPIRL' in the Knowledge Warehouse system, for the following document areas:

  • IWBASAP
  • IWBSOLAR

For more information about document areas, see Define Content Categories.

Note:

The report 'RSIRPIRL' must be executed again after each document import by SAP, that means after every import of Business Configuration Content with Add-On ST-ICO.
