SOLMAN_KW_INDEX_DEF - Define indexing readiness

You can use document spaces (see Define Document Space) to specify whether documents should be indexed. This creates a full-text search for all the documents in a document space.

1. To define an index for Solution Manager documents, select the flag for the Solution Manager document areas (IWBASAP and IWBSOLAR).
2. You can use the flag Classif to specify whether the document space should also be classified.
3. You can use the field Search Srv to specify whether a search server relation (SSR) other than the standard SSR (see also Define Search Server Relation) should be used for indexing.
4. Save your entries.
