SOLMAN_ONLINE_DOCU_1 - Connect Online Documentation

Available help files:

HtmlHelpFile: available on Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows NT 4.0 front ends. Documents in Compiled HTML format (*.CHM) are accessed from a file server and displayed with the HTML-Help Viewer (requires Microsoft Internet Explorer).

PlainHtmlHttp: available on all front-end platforms. Documents in standard HTML format are accessed from a web server and displayed with a standard web browser.

PlainHtmlFile: available on all front-end platforms (except on Windows 3.1x). Documents in standard HTML format are accessed from a file server and displayed with a standard web browser.

1. To install the online documentation, create a folder under \usr\sap for the documentation (for example, #docu#). It is recommended that an additional folder be created with the language information under #docu# (for example, #EN#).
2. Unpack the files in the correct language folder. For more information, see the document that describes the installation of SAP Library on the documentation DVD.
3. Check whether there is a documentation update available on www.service.sap.com/solutionmanager -> Downloads -> Documentation Downloads.
4. If there is a documentation update, download the files and unpack them in the correct language folder.
