SOLMAN_OP_SDCCN_A_SA - Activate the Service Data Control Center for each system

If you do not have access to the SAP Solution Manager system, the Service Data Control Center can be activated locally on the satellite system.

1. Call the Service Data Control Center(transaction SDCCN) in the respective system.
2. Choose Utilities →Activate.

A dialog box appears:

• You are prompted to set up a new RFC destination to the SAPNet R/3 system that will be used by the Service Data Control Center. It is recommended that you set up this RFC destination.

Note: that the SAPOSS destination in each system must be working correctly, as it is copied to create the new RFC destination.

• If you do not wish to set up a RFC connection, select cancell.

If you do not wish to set up a RFC connection, for example because you have a high security system, note that you will have to update the service definitions from your master SAP Solution Manager system or manually with a transport from SAP.

1. Confirm the following popups.

The Service Data Control Center will now be activated.
