Create a technical user via which data can be sent from SAP Quality Center by HP to the Solution Manager system.

You have performed all the activities listed in the IMG activity Information and Configuration Prerequisites.

Create user

  1. Specify a dialog user, for example, DEFECTMAN.
  2. Choose the user type System.
  3. Save.

Assign role to user

  1. Assign the user a copy of the following roles:
  • SAP_SUPPDESK_INTERFACE

  • SAP_SUPPDESK_ADMIN

Complete the role according to your requirements.
  1. Run a user comparison.
  2. Save.
