SOLMAN_QC_SERVICEACT - Release Web Service for Test Results

This IMG activity releases a Web Service which is used by the Quality Center to send test results to the Solution Manager system. An external alias is automatically created for it.

You have created a Communication user for the Web Service.

1. Choose Service Administration in the Application and Scenario Documentation tab.
2. Enter the following data:

• Search for: Service

• Search term: AGS_WBS_SOLAR_IF_MERCURY

1. Start the search.
2. Choose the service and Apply Selection.
3. Choose the Configuration tab in the detail screen, and create a service with Create Service.
4. Enter the following data:

• Service name: AGS_WBS_SOLAR_IF_MERCURY

• Description: AGS_WBS_SOLAR_IF_MERCURY

• Binding name: AGS_WBS_SOLAR_IF_MERCURY

1. Choose Copy Settings.
2. Choose a service and Edit, to make security settings.
3. Choose No Authentification in the area Authentification Settings, to assign the technical user.
4. Enter the technical user and its password under ABAP Service User.
5. Save.
