Information

Roles and profiles contain authorizations, which are based on authorization objects in the standard roles (template roles) delivered by SAP

The maintenance of role authorizations is fundamental for all functions and scenarios.

There are roles/profiles for:

• Solution Manager Configuration

• Application end users

The roles required for scenarios are specified in the IMG activity Information and Configuration Prerequisites, for each scenario configuration.
