SOLMAN_SDESC_REAC - Edit Availability and Response Times

This activity specifies the profiles for availability and reaction times for determining SLA fulfillment.

Profile definition requires a valid factory calendar. You can check and adjust this in the transaction SCAL.

1. Create availability profiles, and maintain their availability times.
2. Specify response time profiles. Specify which of the following parameters determine the response time: Category, Priority, Subject. Specify the response times per combination.
