In this IMG activity, you define how the fields from the SAP Solution Manager service desk are mapped to the fields from the Defect Management (and vice versa).

You have released the web services for the integration in Solution Manager, so that the external tool can access the Solution Manager.

1. Log on to the external tool.
2. Define the field assignment for the Solution Manager message as described in the documentation of the third-party product.
