As of release 7.1, SAP supplier standard transaction types SMIN, SMIT, and SMPR. These transaction types are used with the CRM Web client.

  • SMIN: CRM service request (incident)
  • SMIT: Template for SMIN transactions
  • SMPR: CRM master request (problem)

The existing transaction types SLFN and SIST are still supported but SAP recommends using the above-mentioned transaction types

Copy the default transaction types, assigned profiles and schemas (for example text schema, action profile, status profile) delivered by SAP, into customer namespace, in the activity #Specify Transaction Type#. SAP default customizing (transaction types, status profiles, action profiles, deadline profile,#) is copied into the work clients via the piece list AI_CUSTOMIZING. This happens im the step #Automatic Configuration# during Solution Manager basic configuration in the transaction SOLMAN_SETUP.

SAP also delivers standard customizing adjustments in this way.
