This IMG activity implements an enhancement to specify the target transaction type. If you are using several transaction types and receive messages from external Service Desks, you can use this implementation to specify in which target transaction type the message is created.
Implement the Badi BADI_DECT_PROC_TYPE_FOR_EXT_SD.
You use transaction type ZLF1 (copied from SLF1), but want messages with a particular attribute, are created in another transaction type in the SAP Solution Manager. Create the transaction type ZLF2.
